To whom it may concern ,

I am grateful for the performance that attorneys at Wisner and Wisner did for me; if anyone were to ask or suggest a lawyer in the Rochester or New York areas I would demand that they see them.  They did an awesome job for me, which I am grateful for, and no matter what anyone would tell you or suggest that they are worth every dollar they get.  I would recommend over anyone else no matter what the other lawyer's price is or no matter how good they say they are.  I am sincerely glad I went with them and they were worth every dime I spent.

Thank you.

Sincerely yours,

RG

Dear Mr. Wisner:

Words cannot begin to express how thankful I am for your help with my case.  At the beginning, I was very scared and worried about the outcome.  However, after speaking with you and hearing of your reputation from former clients, I began to relax as I knew my case would be handled appropriately.

As you know, a criminal record is looked upon unfavorably by most employers.  Due to your hard work and expertise, I was cleared of these charges that could have severely impacted my future ability to sercure employment.  I will be sure to recommend you to any associates who would possibly be in need of your services.

Sincerely,

CW

Dear Mr. Wisner,

I am writing to extend you formal thanks for your hard work and professionalism regarding my case.  As I am sure you can remember, our first meeting was rather intense as I believe it is safe to describe my interview as rather emotional.  I was very scared, nervous and unsure of what lay ahead of me.  As an individual that characterizes herself as on rarely in trouble, the circumstances for which I had found myself in were anything but salient.

Throughout the case, as I am sure you recall, I was anything but patient.  I appreciate your professionalism, even when I am sure you would have liked me to just stay quiet and believe all you had told me since day one.  Even though I had been preparing myself for the worst case scenario, you helped to justify each situation and helped me to understand how legally, we did have a valid argument.

I cannot help but be entirely pleased and excited to have my life back.  I do not know how to truly thank you and show you how much I appreciate everything you have done for me.  I am sure, however, from your track record that you hear thank you all the time.  Thank you so much for never treating me like a criminal and always keeping our relationship professional enough for me to believe in your ability to resolve this case so successfully, but also human enough for me to confide in you completely, knowing my best interests were always your number one priority.

I hope to stay out of your office, but I do hope to return the favor to you one day.  I cannot thank you enough.

Sincerely,

J.L.

Dear Todd,

I would like to thank you for the professional handling of my recent DUI case.  you were recommended to me and surpassed any of my expectations.  Knowledge of the laws and courtroom demeanor are the two most important things for a lawyer to have.  Todd J.W. Wisner possesses both.  I always felt that I was getting the best representation throughout my court proceedings.  Todd's integrity and understanding really helped me put my actions behind me.  I would and will recommend Todd Wisner to any person in need of the best lawyer in Rochester.

Best wishes and continued success.

Sincerely,

TD

Dear Mr. Wisner:

I am writing to express my appreciation for the legal services of your law firm.  I was charged with several vehicle and traffic violations and two misdemeanor counts of driving while intoxicated.  I am a commercial truck driver and having a license is essential for me to remain employed.

Mr. Wisner you are knowledgeable and intelligent when it comes to DWI arrests.  When you say you can achieve a certain result I now know that I can rely on it 100 percent.  I was very impressed by your work and your staff.  I was also impressed that even when my case was over I can still reach you and ask for any legal advise.

Thank you for saving my license and preventing me from having a criminal record.

Sincerely,

AG

Mr. Wisner:

I want to thank you for defending my son [name omitted] in his case in the [local court name omitted].  It is even more clear to me now that having an attorney that specializes in cases of this type greatly increases the likelihood of a favorable outcome.

You won this case with your Memorandum of Law filed after the Huntley hearing.  Your arguments were clear and compelling.  I believe the judge had no option but to rule in your favor.  As an aside, I found the assistant district attorney's response to the Memorandum to be misdirected and, in fact, arrogant.

In the future, if anyone asks me for a recommendation of an attorney to handle a similar situation, I will not hesitate to direct them to you.  Again, thank you for your labors on my son's behalf.

Sincerely,

DU

For anyone who has experienced being stopped by a Police Officer while on the highway, you know what a nervous experience it can be. My first experience occurred on April 1, 2001. I was traveling to Rochester from Hornell after visiting my parents for the weekend. As I was traveling along interstate 390, I came upon a State Trooper. When I looked down at my speedometer I realized I was speeding. Since there was no other traffic around me at the time it was obvious that he was after me. When I told the officer that I had been drinking he asked me to step out of the car, whereupon he administered some sobriety tests. Upon failing all but one of the tests I was placed under arrest for speeding and suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

The next day I met with Todd Wisner and he explained my options. He helped me decide not to plead guilty and stated he would fight for as long as it took to get me the best result possible. Due to the extraordinary circumstances of 9/11 my case when to trial in April 2002. A jury found me not guilty of driving while intoxicated but guilty on speeding and driving while ability impaired. I cannot put into words the relief I felt that night. I cannot thank him enough for being patient with me while still giving me the best representation possible. Thanks to him I have a chance to earn the privilege back that I lost and to show that I have learned from a very bad decision in judgment. I am thankful that I do not have a criminal record. Anyone who finds himself in a similar predicament should seek the best possible representation and that would be Todd Wisner. I would recommend him to anyone.

Thanks,

L.H.

Dear Mr. Wisner:

I am writing to thank you for your assistance in my recent legal problem. I appreciate the excellent work and service provided in the realm of DWI defense.
My experience with the legal system and lawyers in general has been limited; a divorce; a custody dispute and now a DWI charge. I have been up to now under impressed with the representation afforded me by lawyers. That has severely changed for the better in this case. From the initial phone contact your knowledge and demeanor gave me the feeling that you had the specialized knowledge in this matter that I required. I interviewed two other lawyers who specialize in DWI law and found the level of knowledge and interest to be lacking. The first DWI lawyer I interviewed started out by cautioning me that I should expect a minimum of three to six months license suspension and $300.00 in fines. The other firm was having a hard time fitting me in for a conference and said I would be charged extra to be represented by the "big gun." In your case, I was very impressed that every contact and court appearance was handled by you personally.
Your outlook from the beginning was that this was a workable situation and that we had several options. From the initial interview you provided me with the feeling that I was not just another case. Your ability to present your self to the judge and district attorney with the support of the case law on this matter took me from a situation of possible jail time and thousands in fines to the elimination of the DWI charge entirely. I know without a doubt that your expertise in this matter was the difference in the outcome. Thank you for your time and services.
Sincerely,
K.L.
