Hon. Donald J. Wisner, (Supreme Court Appellate Division Justice (ret.) joined the law firm of Wisner & Wisner, LLP as a Senior Partner of the firm after retiring the the New York State Supreme Court, Fourth Judicial Department Appellate Court.  Judge Wisner's presence at the firm has had a profound effect  on our ability to provide superior legal service to our clients.  Donald J. Wisner has been a prosecutor, trial judge, appellate judge and lawyer for forty-one years.  Judge Wisner has also been the trial lawyer, trial judge or appellate panel judge on over a hundred DWI written decisions.  Few law firms in the state have a former Supreme Court Justice with his experience and no DWI defense firms have a lawyer with his experience as a felony prosecutor, county, supreme and appellate judge. 

Leadership of Wisner & Wisner, LLP is the responsibility of Managing Partner, Todd J.W. Wisner.  Mr. Wisner has been instrumental in the success of the law firm both in terms of reputation and the results we have been able to achieve for our clients.  Moreover, Mr. Wisner has been successfully defending the citizen accused of DWI for fifteen years.  He is certified in field sobriety testing, is certified by NHTSA as a Breath Test Operator and as a Breath Test Instructor.  Moreover, Todd J.W. Wisner arguably tries more DWI cases each year than any single lawyer in Western New York. 

Together, Hon. Donald J. Wisner, New York State Supreme Court (Ret.) and Todd J.W. Wisner have a half a century of criminal, DWI defense and appellate experience.  We are proud of the fact that our criminal and DWI trial experience is the equal of any DWI law firm in Western New York.

Robin P. Unwin comes to Wisner & Wisner, LLP from the Monroe County District Attorney's Office. As a former felony prosecutor, Ms. Unwin prosecuted hundred's of felony cases and thousands of misdemeanor cases. She is able to view our DWI defense files through the eyes of a prosecutor. Her five years experience as a prosecutor makes her an extremely valuable component to our DWI defense team. She brings years of trial experience and is the second felony prosecutor to join the W&W DWI defense team.

Maria J. Reed is of counsel to the law firm.  Ms. Reed was an associate attorney to the law firm for several years.  She now assists the law firm with research and communication with Spanish speaking clients.
