The Wisner & Wisner, LLP team is headed up by Senior Partner Hon. Donald J. Wisner, New York State Supreme Court (Ret.).  Former Justice Wisner brings a tremendous about of wisdom, crimial law experience and a view from the bench.  Former Justice Wisner has been a trial lawyer, trial judge or appellate panel judge on over a hundred DWI written decisions. 

The leadership of Wisner & Wisner, LLP is the responsibility of Managing Partner Todd J.W. Wisner.  Our law firm has achieved its impressive reputation, results and recognition as a leading DWI defense firm due in large part Mr. Wisner's efforts.  More impressive is Mr. Wisner experience as he has successfully defended DWI clients for over fifteen years.  He may also try more DWI cases each year than any single lawyer in Western New York.  Together, Hon. Donald J. Wisner and Todd J.W. Wisner have a half a century of legal experience in criminal justice and DWI defense. 

Our senior trial attorney is Robin P. Unwin.  Ms. Unwin is a former felony prosecutor at the Monroe County District Attorney's Office.  She joined our DWI trial department and handles all aspects of the litigation of a case.  As a prosecutor Ms. Unwin handed thousands of misdemeanor cases and hundreds of felony cases.
