Robin P. Unwin is a senior trial associate at Wisner & Wisner, LLP.  Ms. Unwin formerly worked as a felony prosecutor at the Monroe County District Attorney's Office.  As a former felony prosecutor, Ms. Unwin prosecuted hundred's of felony cases and thousands of misdemeanor cases including DWI cases.  She is able to view our DWI defense files through the eyes of a prosecutor.  Her experience as a prosecutor makes her an extremely valuable component to our DWI defense team.  She brings years of trial experience and is the second felony prosecutor to join the W&W DWI defense team.

Ms. Unwin graduated from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, in 1995, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies.  She earned her law degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2001.  She worked briefly in the office of the Attorney General of the State of New York before working as a prosecutor in the Monroe County District Attorney's Office.  In her capacity as a prosecutor she handled cases in the Town and Village Courts before moving to Rochester City Court and finally handling felonies in Monroe County Court.

Ms. Unwin has joined our DWI defense trial department where she handles hearings and trials as well as suppression issues.
